Though we've still got a long while before our second DCUniverse contest ends. I'm just keeping you guys posted. And also check out what you could win for entering the contest. Speaking of contest, one of our affiliates is having a short contest. Check out the "Block Party" section for more info on their contest. Check out the "Contest" section for more info on our own contest. So far I have not taken any major action with a chat room for this group due to low demands and and few replies. Keep voicing your opinion on this matter if you want a chat room and be sure to encourage your fellow members to take action of this matter. Question me for any concerns you may have with either the contest or the group itself. HEROES for JUSTICE

Mission Topic:

Bluebird0020 bluebird0020.deviantart.com/ is a fellow member here at deviantART. He is seen by this group as a hero through his generosity and kindness he empowered towards the sick kids at a hospital. We can all learn from bluebird0020's experience on how we can implement hero in our own community and lives. Because of this artist's actions, I propose the new challenge for the "HEROES for JUSTICE" campaign. For this challenge, I want my members (you guys) to go out, and do some community involvement and make someone's life a little better. Take a photo with that certain person and describe the situation in the description box when you submit your photo. Send me a link of that picture and you will be recognized under the group's Journal "HEROES for JUSTICE". Once you're posted, you're that much closer in winning a prize. This will be considered an unlimited event and can be done at anytime. Also, If you decide to dress up as your favorite DC superhero while doing justice in your society, I will give you an extra recognition. You only need 3 recognitions to gain a prize. Consider the previous event, "Story of a Fallen Hero: A Hero Needs Saving" to be closed.

Title:   Heart of a Super Man

About: When I think of Superman, I think of a noble and righteous individual that wants to use all of his powers for good. He's a symbol for justice, courage, and hope. This contest is a tribute to Superman and his up coming movie "Man of Steel". For this contest you could use any form of media. I want you to take your favorite DC hero/heroine and make them feel empowered and willful in certain a situation. I also want you to include civilians and citizens that your hero/heroine is protecting. For example, Green Lantern using his power ring to defend a mother and child from falling rubble. So this contest is about displaying your hero/heroine in an epic, noble, hopeful, etc. pose. I don't want anything dark or gloomy. I don't want to see them versing a villain that makes it look like your hero/heroine is equally matched. If possible don't include any villains in your media.
